Description
This toolkit consists of seven templates that you can either use immediately, simply inserting your organisation’s name, or use as a basis to build your own procedures.
The base templates are:
- Organisational Decision Making and Power;
- Creating a Courageous Workplace;
- Purpose and Principles;
- and Code of Ethics and Conduct.
In addition to these, the kit includes our Equity and Inclusion Policy Template and Grievance Procedure based on transformative justice principles. As a bonus, we’ve thrown in a feedback framework template for use during courageous conversations and grievance processes.
The kit is a downloadable zip file containing seven Word documents that should be immediately available after payment is successful.
