CultureShift 2026

CultureShift is currently closed to new registrations.

Our CultureShift program is designed for anyone working in justice and equity — from diversity and inclusion officers to intersectionality advisers to grassroots campaigners, to others with responsibility for developing or implementing DEI, JEDI or intersectionality strategies across organisations.

This is a unique opportunity for practitioners, campaigners and policy advisers to connect, collaborate and galvanise their practice and expertise. Participants will be drawn from a variety of sectors, including primary prevention, health organisations, local government and other not-for-profits working at the intersections of social justice.

Each session will consist of a short presentation, speaker or panel followed by community reflection co-facilitated by grassroots changemaker Jill Faulkner and longtime intersectional activist Ro (phoenix) Bersten. They will draw on the expertise and experience of participants in a peer-led approach to share practice and policy challenges and unpack opportunities for collaboration.

All sessions take place on Zoom. Please come back in December 2026 when registrations should open for the 2027 program.
